If adjustments are needed to completed work, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns
This may include additional trimming or pruning to achieve desired results
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services that do not meet agreed-upon specifications
Partial refunds may be available if work is partially completed but cannot be finished due to circumstances beyond our control
Please understand that trees and shrubs continue to grow naturally after our services
Regular maintenance may be needed to maintain desired appearance over time
